Our standards provide some peace of mind with our larger student houses meeting the new Fire Safety Management Plan compliance. This means, electrical back to base smoke detectors, exit signs, extinguishers and evacuation locks fitted to the exit door/s with a clearly signed & demonstrated evacuation procedure.
