PROCESS

Kidd House has a set process when wishing to book a room that applies if you are overseas or local:- 

STEP ONE

Questionaire & ID 

Fill out all details on the sheet (either in paper or via email) , please ensure you provide a copy of your passport, Student ID card, health care details and a license if you have one. 

STEP TWO 

A deposit of two weeks rent is required to be paid in either Direct Debit, Paypal or if you are a local, by cash. A receipt will be given for all money paid and this reduces the amount you are required to pay upon arrival. 

STEP THREE

1. Lease - A lease is required to be signed for a period of 6months which can be renewable.

STEP FOUR

Bond Form - You will need to have four weeks rent in cash on the day of moving in. You will be required to fill out the RTA bond form where this money will be lodged. You will receive a confirmation and bond number from RTA within one to two weeks. http://www.rta.qld.gov.au/rental_bond_rooming_fs.cfm

Rent money - You are required to always pay rent two weeks in advance.

All bond and rent must be paid before you will be allowed to move in.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

We will then hand you a tenant handbook with all the relevant information you will need know while staying at KIDD HOUSE.

We will also point out your place on the house roster.
