                                                     Why choose Kidd House Accommodation? 

Kidd House came to be a figment of my imagination some seven years ago. Friends and older friends with teenage children complained to me about how difficult it was to find clean, well managed accommodation. Yes, I heard the horror stories of landlords who didn't lodge bond money, and when it came time to get the refund, they'd just keep the money. The dog boxes that people called "student accommodation", the stories from friends about the conditions they endured with university lodgings (mates coming over for a night of soccer, only to eat the five other tenants out of fridge and pantry when they woke the next morning).

So, we decided.... why not DO something.

That's exactly what my husband and I did!

We bought our first student house in Robertson, cleaned, furnished and decorated it how "we" would have liked it if we were going to live there ourselves.

Six years down....we are still buying houses, renovating, furnishing, landscaping, making friendly outdoor bbq areas, providing both students......and now "professionls" with clean, modern, well organised accommodation and the FIRST requirement we ask.....?
